Velvety flavors of black cherry and ripe plums provide a juicy entry that finishes chalky in its youth. Decanting or additional bottle age will allow the cocoa powder grip to release its hold offering instead a long, intriguing finish layered with vanilla, milk chocolate and berry jam. The big tannin structure in our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings offer a chance for cellaring a magnificent vintage.
