Based in Philadelphia, the Mural Arts Program's mission is to unite artists and communities through a collaborative process, rooted in the trastional of mural-making, to create art that transforms public spaces and individual lives.  funding would be put towards three core program areas: community mural-making; art education for under-served youth; and restorative justice for troubled youth.
