Spanning three states - Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota - Minn-Kota PAAWS provides education and assitance to low-income families for the spaying and neutering of their companion animals.  PAAWS is a grassroots, volunteer-based assistance clinic.  $25,000 would enhance the program's education offereings and help provide financial assistance to individuals with pets in need.
